Dreamy Radiance Terms and Conditions
1. General Terms
1.1 By scheduling an appointment or undergoing a cosmetic injectable treatment at Dreamy Radiance, you are agreeing to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2 Dreamy Radiance retains the right to revise or update these Terms and Conditions without prior notice. It is the client's responsibility to stay updated by consulting the latest version either online or in-clinic.
1.3 All clients must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible for any cosmetic injectable treatments at Dreamy Radiance.
1.4 Availability of treatments is conditional on the presence of qualified healthcare professionals and comprehensive medical evaluations.
1.5 Clients are obliged to furnish complete and accurate medical history prior to treatment. Dreamy Radiance disclaims responsibility for complications resulting from erroneous or incomplete information.
1.6 Dreamy Radiance reserves an unqualified right to deny treatment to any client for reasons determined at its sole discretion.
2. No Refunds
2.1 Dreamy Radiance does not offer reimbursements for cosmetic injectable treatments once administered, except in instances mandated by law.
2.2 In dire circumstances such as a medical emergency or a severe adverse reaction, refund considerations will be at Dreamy Radiance’s discretion.
2.3 Clients acknowledge that results of cosmetic injectable treatments are variable, and Dreamy Radiance makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.
2.4 Client deposits to secure appointments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.5 Booking Deposit
2.5.1 A non-refundable booking deposit of $50 is required at the time of scheduling an appointment.
2.5.2 This deposit will be credited towards your treatment costs.
2.5.3 As a small family-run business, no-shows directly impact our income. Your understanding and commitment are highly valued.
3. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
3.1 Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.
3.2 Late cancellations or rescheduling will incur a penalty, payable immediately.
3.3 Future appointments will not be scheduled until all cancellation fees are settled.
4. Treatment Risks and Complications
4.1 Clients acknowledge that cosmetic injectable treatments carry inherent risks and potential side effects.
4.2 Dreamy Radiance provides exhaustive information about these risks and complications for each specific treatment.
4.3 Post-treatment care guidelines must be strictly adhered to as provided by Dreamy Radiance.
4.4 Clients are obliged to promptly report any adverse reactions or complications and seek appropriate medical intervention.
5. Consent for Treatment
5.1 A written informed consent form, outlining treatment specifics, risks, and expected outcomes, must be signed by the client prior to any treatment.
5.2 Clients affirm they have read, understood, and voluntarily consented to proceed with the proposed treatment.
6. Use of Before and After Photos
6.1 Dreamy Radiance may request permission to utilise before and after treatment photos for promotional and educational purposes.
6.2 Clients consent to such use without expectation of remuneration, royalties, or other forms of compensation.
6.3 No personal identifiers will be disclosed in conjunction with these photos, upholding client confidentiality.
7. Confidentiality
7.1 Dreamy Radiance is committed to maintaining the strictest confidentiality of all client records and information in line with relevant laws and regulations.
7.2 Such information will not be shared with third parties without explicit client consent, unless legally mandated.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are subject to and governed by Australian Consumer Law.
8.2 Any disputes or issues arising from these Terms and Conditions fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Australian courts.
By securing an appointment or receiving treatment at Dreamy Radiance, you affirm that you have comprehensively read, understood, and consented to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
